The BRHS Ice Hockey Championship game is tonight at Prudential Center in Newark

Bridgewater-Raritan High School will bid to win its first-ever state ice hockey championship when it plays Ridgewood High School on Monday, March 9, at the Prudential Center in Newark.

Game time is 3:15 p.m. for the Public state championship game at the home of the NHL's New Jersey Devils.

 

Bridgewater-Raritan High School's Unified Basketball Team advanced to the state sectional semifinals

Fourth-seeded Bridgewater-Raritan High School’s Unified Basketball Team advanced in the North sectional state tournament when it defeated fifth-seeded Sparta High School, 44-35, on Thursday, March 5, at Bridgewater-Raritan High School’s Vaughn Stapleton Gymnasium.

 

 

Paige Karp ended her outstanding girls' wrestling career at Bridgewater-Raritan High School at Region tournament

An amazing and impactful career for Bridgewater-Raritan High School girls’ wrestling senior captain Paige Karp came to an end on Sunday morning, March 8.

After collecting a third-place finish at last weekend’s district individual tournament, she competed as the No. 8 seed in the 120-pound bracket at the NJSIAA Region 2 Girls’ Wrestling Individual Tournament on Sunday, March 8, at Union High School in Union.

Three Bridgewater-Raritan High School wrestlers advanced to the State tournament

Three Bridgewater-Raritan High School wrestlers, including Region 4 champion Trent Levash, advance to the State tournament.

Levash improved to 29-1 when he won the heavyweight title, while Matthew McCann moved to 41-3 when he captured the third-place consolation bout at 165 pounds, and Andrew Aell (34-9) placed fourth at 113 pounds for Bridgewater-Raritan during the Region 4 tournament that was completed at Union High School on Saturday, March 7.
